Who we are

BosOn is a trading name of EAanalytics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08006715). In these terms, "we" and "us" means EAanalytics Ltd, and "you" means the person or business using BosOn. By installing or using BosOn, or buying a licence, you agree to these terms and to our acceptable use policy, which is part of them. If you use BosOn for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms on its behalf.

What BosOn is

BosOn is a desktop app for Windows 10 and 11. It keeps the pictures and videos you make for your ads in one library on your own PC, helps you find and organise them, can make new pictures and videos through AI services you connect, and can post to and read results from the accounts you connect, such as Meta. Features marked "Coming" on this website are not available yet.

BosOn is in early access. Features may change, and some things may not work as expected while we build it. We'll tell you about changes that matter.

Your licence

While you keep to these terms and, for a paid licence, keep paying for it, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use BosOn on the number of computers your plan allows. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or share BosOn, your licence or your account, take it apart to get at its source code (except where the law allows you to), or remove our notices from it. BosOn is licensed to you, not sold.

Paying for BosOn

The price, how often you're charged and what's included are shown on this website before you buy. Payments are handled by our reseller, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt, and its own checkout terms also apply to the purchase.

A monthly or yearly licence renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us; your licence then runs until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're not happy with your first payment, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

A licence pays for BosOn itself. It does not include the cost of the AI services you connect (see below), unless the plan you buy says it includes credits.

Services you connect

BosOn works with services run by other companies, such as Higgsfield, Google Gemini, OpenAI and Meta. You connect them with your own accounts and keys, you pay those companies directly for what you use, and their terms and content rules apply to what you do with them as well as ours. Where BosOn shows what something will cost before it runs, that's an estimate: the service's own charge is the one that counts.

We don't control these services. They can change, limit or stop what they offer, refuse a request, or produce something you didn't expect, and we're not responsible for that or for what they charge you. BosOn is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

What you can't make

You must not use BosOn to make, edit, store or share sexually explicit, pornographic or other adult (NSFW) content of any kind, or anything that breaks our acceptable use policy. BosOn is for making advertising and marketing content. We may check prompts before they are sent to an AI service, block requests that break these rules, and suspend or end your licence if you break them.

What you make

As between you and us, what you make with BosOn is yours, subject to the terms of the AI service that made it. Your library stays on your PC: we don't receive it, and we don't use it to train AI.

You're responsible for what you make and publish, including making sure it's accurate, that you have the rights to everything you put into it (pictures, logos, music, people's likenesses), and that your ads follow the law and the rules of the platform you post on, such as Meta's advertising standards and, in the UK, the CAP Code. AI can get things wrong and can produce work that looks like someone else's, so check everything before you use it.

Suspending or ending your licence

You can stop using BosOn at any time. We may suspend or end your licence, without a refund, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the acceptable use policy, if you don't pay, or if the law requires it. Otherwise, if we ever stop offering BosOn, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any period you've paid for and can't use.

Our responsibility to you

We build BosOn with reasonable care and skill, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors or suited to every purpose. Keep your own copies of anything important.

If you use BosOn for a business, we're not responsible for lost profits, revenue, business or data, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, and our total responsibility to you for anything to do with BosOn is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose.

If you're a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to digital content that isn't as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality, and nothing in these terms affects them. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BosOn changes or the law requires. We'll put the date of the latest version at the top, and if a change matters to you we'll tell you before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using BosOn and cancel your licence.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there, and if you live elsewhere you keep any protections your local law gives you.
