Acceptable use

BosOn is for making, organising and publishing advertising and marketing content. This policy is part of our terms of service and applies to everything you make, edit, store or post with BosOn, including through the AI services you connect to it.

No sexual or adult content

You must not use BosOn to make, edit or share sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic or other adult (NSFW) content of any kind. That includes nudity, sexual acts, sexualised images of anyone, fetish content, and prompts written to get round an AI service's own filters to produce such content.

Content that sexualises children, or appears to, is strictly forbidden. We will end the licence of anyone who attempts it and report it to the authorities.

No deepfakes or misuse of real people

• No face swaps, deepfakes or other content that puts a real person's face, body or voice into something they didn't do, unless you have their clear permission.
• No impersonating a real person, brand or organisation, and no fake endorsements or testimonials.
• No content that harasses, bullies, threatens or degrades anyone.

Nothing harmful, illegal or misleading

• No content that promotes hatred, violence, terrorism, self-harm or discrimination against people for who they are.
• No graphic violence or gore.
• No ads or content for scams, fraud, illegal goods or services, or anything the platform you post on doesn't allow.
• No misleading claims, fake news or political disinformation, and no ads that break advertising law or the platform's advertising rules.
• No content that infringes someone else's copyright, trade marks or other rights.

Using BosOn properly

• Don't try to get round the checks in BosOn or the safety measures of the AI services you connect.
• Don't use BosOn to break the terms of the services you connect, such as Higgsfield or Meta.
• Don't share or resell your licence or account, attack or overload our website, or use BosOn to spread malware.

What we do about it

BosOn may check your prompts before sending them to an AI service and stop any that break this policy. The AI services you connect also run their own checks and may refuse requests or act on your account with them.

If you break this policy, we may block the request, suspend or end your licence without a refund, and, where the law requires it or someone is at risk, report it to the authorities.

If you see BosOn being used to break these rules, email hello@getboson.app with "Report misuse". We look at every report.
