Who we are

BosOn is a trading name of EAanalytics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08006715). EAanalytics Ltd makes BosOn and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, your email address and your answers (what you make, which tools you pay for and, if you say, roughly what you spend). We also keep your place on the list, your invite code, who invited you if anyone did, and how many people joined with your link. To stop the invite system being gamed, we count sign-ups from each internet address for one day and then forget it. This website does not track you, run adverts or use analytics.

Why we use it

To let you know when your early-access place is ready, to work out your place on the list, and to understand who BosOn is for so we can build the right thing. We do not sell it or share it for marketing, and we never show your name or email to anyone else on the list. If you join through someone's invite link, we tell them only that someone used their referral code, and their new place.

Who handles it for us

Vercel hosts this website. Upstash stores the list and your place on it. Notion keeps your answers so we can see what people need. Resend sends our emails, including your confirmation, and delivers form entries to our inbox. Zoho, our email provider, stores the messages. Each acts only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Until early access ends, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or tell us to stop using it, by emailing hello@getboson.app. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
